About Caroline
Caroline Small (Bsc hons) joined the industry’s largest professional organisation – The Society of Will Writers (SWW), putting herself through their full range of College courses and achieving full membership status in 2018. She is fully insured, abides by their code of ethics, and keeps up to date with the numerous changes in the industry as they happen, through their compulsory continuous professional development requirements.
Whilst Caroline has been running her own estate planning company since 2016, Pushing Up Daisyz continues to flourish from the aspiration and purpose of changing public knowledge, attitudes and behaviour towards death, dying and bereavement for the better. Passionate about encouraging open and honest conversations around a subject many people find difficult to discuss, Caroline works to help individuals and families understand their options and make informed decisions about the future.
Through education, guidance and meaningful conversations, Pushing Up Daisyz encourages people to discuss their end-of-life wishes, including where they would wish to receive care and spend their final days, whilst ensuring their personal, family and financial affairs are properly protected. By combining professional estate planning services with a compassionate and approachable manner, Caroline helps clients gain peace of mind and confidence that their wishes will be understood and respected.

"At heart is our person-centred approach along with transparent pricing, integrity, and the attention to detail across all services."
Caroline only works within Wills and Estate Planning – it is her specialist area drafting all the documents herself. She also has extensive knowledge of the pre-paid funeral plan industry. Engaging Caroline to help put your wishes in place is like being assigned your own personal consultant who is available at the end of the phone 24/7. Bringing together her own personal experience of caring/losing her mum to cancer and her background in business management, event organising, exercise/cardiology rehabilitation, alternative therapy, gives her the skills to combine empathy alongside a structured proactive approach. Her ‘Sport Health & Fitness’ Honours degree also gives her the knowledge to apply her understanding of the psychology of illness to create a happy slant on THE subject everyone wishes to avoid
